Loper Monthly Match Scholarship

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Scholarship Period

The Loper Monthly Match Scholarship (the "Scholarship") is offered monthly. Each monthly entry period begins at 12:00:00 AM Central Time ("CT") on the first calendar day of the month and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on the last calendar day of the month (each, a "Monthly Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

2. Eligibility

The Scholarship is open only to current and new registered Loper users who:

• Are legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia;
• Are at least fourteen (14) years of age at the time of entry; and
• Comply with these Official Rules.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Loper, Inc., as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.

If a selected winner is under the age of eighteen (18), a parent or legal guardian must complete all required consent forms before scholarship funds are distributed.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

To receive one (1) scholarship entry during a Monthly Entry Period:

1. Download the Loper mobile application and create a Loper account.
2. Earn three (3) Reward Points by completing eligible in-app activities, including reacting to personalized recommendations.
3. Once three (3) Reward Points have been earned, unlock the scholarship submission page in the Rewards section of the app.
4. Submit an original response of twenty-five (25) words or fewer describing what you like most about one of your Loper matches.

Entries must be submitted through the Loper app before the end of the applicable Monthly Entry Period.

Eligible users may submit one (1) scholarship entry per Monthly Entry Period.

Entries that contain unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.

4. Winner Selection

At the conclusion of each Monthly Entry Period, one (1) potential winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during that Monthly Entry Period.

Eligible entries will be judged by representatives of Loper based on the following criteria:

• Thoughtfulness (40%)
• Specificity (30%)
• Originality (30%)

The eligible entry receiving the highest overall score will be selected as the potential winner. In the event of a tie, Sponsor will determine the winner based on the highest score in Thoughtfulness, followed by the remaining judging criteria if necessary.

Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Scholarship.

5. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified using the email address associated with their Loper account.

The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days and complete any requested documentation, including parental or guardian consent if applicable.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, fails to provide requested documentation, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to select the next highest-scoring eligible entry.

6. Prize

One (1) $500 scholarship will be awarded during each Monthly Entry Period.

Scholarship funds are intended to help cover education-related expenses, including tuition, books, technology, school supplies, testing fees, certifications, and other educational costs.

Scholarship funds will be distributed by electronic payment or check, at Sponsor's discretion.

The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

7. Reward Points

Reward Points are earned through eligible activities within the Loper app.

Reward Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be used to unlock scholarship eligibility as described in these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Reward Points program at any time.

8. Verification and Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant before awarding a scholarship.

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who:

• Creates multiple accounts;
• Manipulates or attempts to manipulate Reward Points;
• Uses bots, scripts, automated methods, or other fraudulent activity;
• Tampers with the operation of the Scholarship; or
• Violates these Official Rules or Loper's Terms of Service.

Sponsor's decisions regarding eligibility and disqualification are final.

9. License to Submitted Content

By submitting an entry, each entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, modify, distribute, and promote the submitted response, in whole or in part, for editorial, promotional, advertising, or other lawful business purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Entrants retain ownership of their original submissions.

10. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Scholarship is subject to Loper's Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Loper, Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Scholarship or the acceptance or use of any scholarship funds, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, interrupted internet service, or any other events beyond its reasonable control.

12. Right to Modify or Cancel

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Scholarship if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Scholarship.
